Since 1950 our village has been a community monument to local history, and our buildings are what bring life to our stories. Between safely storing our artifacts, providing spaces for learning, and being symbols of our Hudson Valley history, our village could not survive without our buildings. 

Community members can adopt a building to help us preserve our building and reinvigorate the educational display within them. From our firehouse to our candle shop, your donation will help ensure that future generations can enjoy the village just as we have. 

Donation Options:

• Lifetime Adopter: One time $25,000 donation 
• Yearly Adopter: One-time annual payment of $6,000 or $500 monthly installments. 
• Exhibit Sponsor: Cover the cost of a specific exhibit in a building (Varies)

Once you adopt a building your donation goes into a reserve account and will only be used for the following: 

• Maintenance or repairs on your building 
• Staffing of building during events or educational programs 
• Expansion of education exhibits in the building 

Donors are recognized with signs outside buildings and inclusion on website.

As a 501(c)3 organization, your donation is tax-deductible. All donors will receive lifetime museum membership. Donations can be made by checks please email info@museumvillage.org for more information.
